At no time in the 20+ years I have been with them have I ever had a negative experience or felt pushed into a service or plan. They are really a local team that is service oriented and always professional.

I have been with Donius for quite a few years and have only had good experiences. The agents are patient and responsive, and answer questions and/or concerns in a timely manner. The prices are reasonable compared to other national brands, and although they don’t have a lot of perks, the trade-off is great service
