I don’t leave many reviews, but Cassie absolutely earned this one. Shopping for insurance can be overwhelming, and I had a lot of questions. I compared multiple companies, spoke with my current insurance agent, talked with my mortgage lender, and even researched different carriers before making a decision. Through the entire process, Cassie never once pressured me. Instead, she took the time to educate me and answer every single question thoroughly. She responded quickly, explained everything in plain English, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. She actually encouraged me to compare coverage—not just price—which gave me a lot of confidence in working with her. She helped me increase my auto liability coverage from 100/300 to 250/500, increase my homeowners liability to $1 million, add a $1 million umbrella policy, keep my roadside assistance, rental reimbursement, sewer backup coverage, and even upgrade my homeowners policy to Guaranteed Replacement Cost. She also introduced me to roof matching coverage, which I had never heard of before but now realize is an incredible benefit. Even with all of those coverage improvements, she was still able to save me hundreds of dollars a year over my previous carrier. What impressed me the most was the service. Cassie told me to call her before filing any claim so she could walk me through the process, help me understand my options, and even assist me in filing directly with another driver’s insurance if they were at fault. That’s the kind of personal service that’s hard to find today. She has handled everything—from communicating with my mortgage company to making sure there won’t be any lapse in coverage—and has kept me informed every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and genuinely cares about doing what’s best for her clients, I cannot recommend Cassie Werner and Donius Patterson Insurance enough. Thank you, Cassie, for making what I thought would be a stressful process one of the easiest financial decisions I’ve made. You’ve definitely earned a customer for life!
