I love Donius Insurance! I know that I can always count on them to answer my questions, provide coverage and rates that work for me, and provide immediate attention to any issues or claims. I have several policies with Donius (home, auto, personal property) and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else for my insurance needs. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years (since I started driving at age 16!).

Iv’e been with Donius Insurance Group for over 40 years. When I got married, there was no discussion of going with my husbands insurance company, there was only 1 choice and that was you. You are always there for me. When I am thinking of buy a car, you advise me about insurance costs. When I call, you give me the answer I need to make informed decisions. Thanks. You have been invaluable to us for a very long time.

Kaeley Wagoner was thoughtful and responsive, always returned calls quickly, and knows insurance very well. She answered the most basic questions I had, as well as the most complicated, all with great assurance and with a smile. And we ended up saving nearly $600 per year on car and home insurance.

Best agents I’ve ever had! Christian and Emily are very knowledgeable and helpful. They’ve always been able to help with claims and policy questions and made show that we are satisfied and taken care of.
We’ve sent family and friends to them many times over the years because they’re so awesome.

I have been with Erie Insurance for 53 years and with the Donius Insurance Agency for 42 years. I have my home, auto and business insured with them and would never consider going anywhere else. Through the years any and all claims have been dealt with both quickly and professionally and always to my satisfaction.
