The customer service you receive from Donius Insurance agency is of the highest standard.

Other companies try to beat Eries prices, mentioned round the clock service, but I don’t want the one guy working at 2 am. I prefer Gary (and Emily). I’ll wait til 9am for Gary or Emily. During a recent disaster Emily called us back on Sunday to help us feel reassured and get things moving. On Monday when things weren’t moving, Gary made calls and things started rolling. He also called back just to see if we were OK. I would recommend Donius to anyone needing insurance.

Gary and the team are real local people. They are all easy to work with – they will explain and discuss any items as needed. At no time in the 20+ years I have been with them have I ever had a negative experience or felt pushed into a service or plan. They are really a local team that is service oriented and always professional.
