Gary Donius and staff have provided superior service consistently over approximately 30 years that my family has been insured by Erie Insurance. Gary has worked with us to meet our needs such as when our son and daughter purchased their own vehicles and my husband and I co-signed their vehicle loans. We were concerned about our risk if they were in an automobile accident and found to be at fault. Gary partnered with us and explained options that led to the purchase of an insurance policy that provided the protection we needed. In addition, any time that we experienced damage to one of our vehicles, Gary and his team were there and provided the assistance that we needed. Gary and his team provide prompt, professional service. I was referred to Gary by a relative over 30 years ago. Myself and later my family are all insured by Erie Insurance because of the personal, prompt, and professional service provided by Gary and his team. Our vehicles and our home are all insured by Erie Insurance. We have been very pleased by the rates offered by Erie Insurance and the exceptional service afforded us by Gary Donius.

We have been with Donius Insurance for over 30 years. They are always there to answer any questions we might have. The unfortunate times when we have had to make claims, they have made the process as pleasant as possible and we always have had fast, reliable service from them.
