I am not sure how long my family has been clients of Gary Donius, but it has been a long time, and without outstanding service, we would not have stayed with him through the years. The Donius firm is always at the top of our list of companies which we deal with, and recommend without reservation to our friends and relatives. Thank you for your great service.

My Wife and I have been dealing with Gary for almost 50 years and he has been there for us for all our home and auto insurance coverage. Most of all he has always been there for us when we had questions about having the right amount of coverage for our things but the best thing is he has always been easy to talk to about personal and business problems. He has always given us A plus service !!!!!

The Gary Donius Insurance representatives for Erie Insurance are a great outfit. They respond quickly to questions and answer insurance trade-offs over the phone followed by quotes in the mail if it involves buying insurance. The employees are friendly and do not mind simple (silly) questions, especially if they have answered the same question in the past. They are up front about what happens to your premiums if you put in for an insurance claim and the best way to set up deductibles for all your insurance needs. I have been an insurance customer with them for over 30 years.

I have had the honor of working with Gary Donius and his staff for more than 30 years. Gary is the reason I continue to maintain my auto and homeowners insurance with Eerie in spite of issues I may had with Eerie Corporate. Gary’s integrity and complete focus on customer service is beyond approach. I trust him to always advise me with my way forward. I’ve never spoken to him without hearing that welcoming voice. He and his staff are clearly Eeries most valuable assets. I would be remiss if I did not also call out those many claims officers with whom I have dealt over the years. They listen and obviously care. Again, it is an honor to continue to work with Gary and his staff.

I totalled my car a few years ago, and Emily and Christian were wonderful—great service and completely knowledgeable. The payment for the old car was very fair and I was in my new one very quickly. I highly recommend them and Erie Insurance.
