By far this company has exceeded all my expectations just in the first few weeks. The customer service with my agent has been what was lacking at my previous Insurance company. Cassie made feel like family. I want a company that is all about helping me with all my questions and helping me keep all my rates down. I want a company that give me tips to let me know what I should or shouldn’t do. And I have found that here at Erie Insurance. They are for their clients, not for their pockets.
