Meet Our Staff

Christian was recruited by Erie Insurance as a multi-line claims adjuster in 2003. During his career with Erie Insurance, he was promoted to Commercial Liability Specialist and then to District Sales Manager. In 2010, Christian joined his wife, Emily, and Gary in the agency. Christian’s primary focus at the agency is commercial and personal lines insurance.

Emily started her career in the insurance industry in 2003 as a claims adjuster with Nationwide Insurance. Shortly thereafter, she was recruited by Erie Insurance to become a property adjuster. In 2006, Erie appointed Emily as an agent, and she opened EB Sachek Insurance Services in Anne Arundel County, MD. In 2009, EB Sachek Insurance merged with Donius Insurance Agency to form Donius Insurance Group. Emily draws on her experience as a claims adjuster to develop insurance programs for her clients that better suit their needs. Emily’s primary focus at the agency is personal lines and life insurance.

Gary began his insurance career in 1972 with Prudential. In 1973, Gary was recruited by Erie Insurance as a multi-line claims adjuster. Gary was promoted to District Sales Manager in 1977 with Erie Insurance, and in 1981 he purchased The Brawley Agency in Anne Arundel County. Since then, Donius Insurance Agency has proudly served thousands of individuals in Maryland.

Caitlyn began her insurance career in 2010, joining her family and establishing the third generation at Patterson Insurance Management.
Patterson Insurance merged with Donius Insurance in 2021, becoming Donius Patterson Insurance. Outside of the office, Caitlyn enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family, friends, her two dogs and two cats.
Caitlyn’s primary focus at the agency is personal lines and servicing accounts.

Mary has been covering her client’s insurance needs since 1986 as a licensed agent in personal insurance and commercial insurance starting with Allstate Insurance Company as an Exclusive agent for over 20 years. Mary since 2009 has been an agent for Erie Insurance Company; first with Patterson Insurance Management Inc, and currently with Donius Patterson Insurance LLC. Over the years, she has become more involved with writing flood insurance giving clients that extra protection for their home and business.

Jamie began her insurance career in 1999 with Allstate Insurance. Over the years, she has helped countless people find an insurance plan that fits their lifestyle and gives them peace of mind. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and crafting. Jamie’s primary focus in the agency is personal lines and life insurance.

Cassie began her insurance carrier in 2001 with Allstate Insurance. Throughout the years, she has helped to educate her clients on the different ways to protect their vehicles, homes and their future using insurance products. Cassie’s primary focus at the agency is personal
lines and servicing accounts. Outside of work, Cassie enjoys time with her family and friends.

Randy has been in the insurance business for over 30 years. He now specializes in Life and Medicare supplement policies for Donius Patterson Insurance. Randy provides the utmost service to all of his clients.
